Improving Vancouver Summer Party

Movie Night Written by ChatGPT
Picture the scene: armed with buckets of buttery popcorn and refreshingly chilled beverages, we embarked on a quest to our very own private theatre room. Improving Vancouver icons?
One of our team members had an amazing idea to organize a group scavenger hunt. Using the Let’s Roam app, we split into different teams to scurry through the scenic blocks of downtown Vancouver. Along the way, we passed by the enchanting Marine Building and even enlisted a librarian’s help to complete our hunt! At the end of the day, we rewarded ourselves with gelato and headed over to Steamworks to celebrate our accomplishments and dish bragging rights. Nothing like good food with even better company!

Earlier this year, we went out to the stunning waters of Deep Cove for a guided kayaking tour in and around Burrard Inlet. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, sunny day to enjoy each others’ company while being immersed (but not submerged) in nature.

We are often asked what we do by people interested in learning about Bit Quill to help them understand how we can collaborate together, so we put together this brief 2:46m video to describe what we do by looking at some examples of projects we’ve undertaken.

…we're also all more than just a set of technical skills. We know our stuff, and a lot of cutting edge technology at that, but it's always been about more with our teams and what we can do. Bit Quill has always focused on doing software differently, from how we form teams that are best suited to take on projects, how we manage those teams, and how we deliver - not just on project outcomes, but also advice and expertise - and take things to the next level.
