Paper 1.1 for iPad Out Now

Paper for ipad

When Paper came out a few months ago for the iPad it seemed to be the most promising of drawing/sketching apps for iOS. It was a solid 1.0 release, but there was room for improvement.

Paper 1.1, released today, brings a bit of that improvement. The ink is now smoother and faster. You can duplicate pages, and easily move them around within and between notebooks. There is also now a way to easily add a new page from within a notebook as well. MacStories has a hands-on post with all the new features.

Overall, it seems to be a nice update to the UI that makes organization quite a bit easier, and even more lifelike — a word that very well captures the essence of the app.
