New iPhone Predictions

When it comes to Apple products predictions are somewhat stupid. But it sure is fun. So here goes…

1. The design circling the internet is real
   As they say, there is too much smoke at this point for there not to be a fire.

2. A bigger screen
   Along with that new design comes a slightly larger screen. Not huge like some of those obese Android phones. Doubt the casing will even get much bigger — they may just fill out the unused space with more screen real estate. But bigger the screen shall get.

3. 4G
   This is just inevitable at this point. They were able to do 4G with the iPad, it's only about time that they do it with the iPhone. That's just how the cycle works.

4. Battery life will NOT improve (much)
   With the bigger screen, slimmer design, and 4G, it's a miracle of technology that the battery will even be able to last as long as the current iPhone (which it will — this is Apple we are talking about). Don't expect it to last even longer than that.

5. Even better camera, processor, etc.
   As with all new iPhones. Indeed, all new technology. Things get faster.

6. It will be called "The new iPhone"
   Not "iPhone 5".

Bonus: Something we don't see coming
Yeah, that doesn't mean much, and I have no idea what this may be, but perhaps that is the point. Apple may have some real surprise in store for us. Or the may not.

As with all this stuff, we'll just have to wait a few more weeks and see.
