Mac, Me, or iCloud?

With the recent release of iOS 6 beta 3, it has become clear that Apple will now be issuing "@icloud.com" email addresses instead of "@me.com" ones. While you shouldn't worry about your old email addresses no longer working (although you will mostly likely be able to opt in to the "@icloud.com" option), it is interesting to take a step back and look at the total of 3 different email address options Apple has offered over the years. And to vote for which one you think is/was the best.
