Command + Up Arrow

This will scroll all the way to the top of whatever it is that you're looking at. This can come in really handy if you want to quickly jump to the top of your Twitter timeline, or perhaps the top of a webpage in Safari.

By the way, the reverse also works. If you switch the Up Arrow for the Down Arrow you can quickly scroll to the bottom of something.
